Uniquely handcrafted, each set of two PAANI Copper Cups is a fusion of ancient wisdom and modern craftsmanship. Made from pure copper, they don’t just hold water, they transform it into a mindful ritual. Made from the same copper tested and approved to eliminate harmful bacteria.

Designed for home, work, or moments of calm, these cups bring a touch of tradition to your modern lifestyle. Sustainable, timeless, and beautifully made — Paani is more than drinkware; it’s a daily ritual for wellness and balance.

Your Paani Copper Cups are crafted for everyday use, whether you’re sipping straight from the tap, pouring water from your Paani Bottle, or making hydration part of a mindful daily ritual.
For best results, we recommend pouring water that has been stored in your Paani Copper Cup for 4–8 hours to experience the natural benefits of copper infusion. However, your cups can also be used just like any other drinking vessel — simple, functional, and beautiful.
To care for them, rinse after use with warm water. Once a week, refresh them naturally:

  • Mix lukewarm water, sea salt, and half a lemon or a dash of vinegar.
  • Gently swirl or wipe the inside.
  • Rinse well and dry with a soft cloth.

Avoid harsh scrubs or abrasive cleaners, as they may affect the handcrafted finish or protective lacquer. Over time, a natural patina may develop inside — a hallmark of real copper and a reflection of its living character.

Your Paani Cups are more than drinkware — they’re a simple, beautiful reminder to slow down and stay hydrated with purpose.

What Are PAANI Copper Cups Made From?

Our copper cups are handcrafted from pure copper, using the same premium copper tested and approved to naturally eliminate harmful bacteria such as E. coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Each cup begins as a single copper circle, no joints, no seams, and no heavy toxic metals used during production. The exterior is lightly lacquered to protect its shine, while the inside remains uncoated so you can experience copper’s natural purity. It is essential that our products are pure as possible, so we had this inspected by one of the world’s leading inspection companies, SGS. The results confirmed that it passed all of the legal regulations for the UK, USA & EU Law.

Can I Drink Anything Other Than Water From My Copper Cups?

We recommend using your Paani Copper Cups for still water only. Avoid acidic drinks such as juice, tea, coffee, or soda, as these can react with copper and affect both the taste and quality of the metal over time. These cups are made for pure, intentional hydration — not for hot or flavoured beverages.

Do I Need to Leave Water in the Cup Overnight Like the Bottle?

No — the cups are primarily designed for drinking water that’s already been stored in your Paani Copper Bottle for 4–8 hours. However, you can absolutely use them as your everyday drinking cups too. Whether you pour, sip, or share, they fit seamlessly into your wellness routine.

Why Does the Inside of My Cup Change Colour?

Over time, you might notice the interior darken or develop marks, this is called patina, a natural sign of pure copper reacting with water and air. It’s completely normal and safe. In fact, it’s how you know your Paani Cup is authentic. If you’d like to restore its shine, simply clean it using lukewarm water, sea salt, and half a lemon or vinegar once a week. Avoid using harsh scrubs, detergents, or dishwashers, as these can damage the protective lacquer or handcrafted finish.

Can I Use Tap Water in the PAANI Cups?

Absolutely. The copper used in Paani products is tested using UK tap water, but its natural purification properties work across various water sources. Whether your water comes from a filter, tap, or bottle — copper naturally enhances freshness while supporting mindful hydration.
