PAANI JOINS JOHN LEWIS: A MILESTONE MADE POSSIBLE BY OUR COMMUNITY

This week marks a defining chapter in PAANI’s journey again! One that began as a simple question in a family kitchen and has now grown into a global wellness movement. We are incredibly proud to share that PAANI has been invited to the shelves of John Lewis in Nottingham from 8th–14th December 2025.

For a small, independent brand rooted in heritage, craftsmanship and ancient wellness, being welcomed into one of the UK’s most trusted retailers is more than a milestone. It is a reminder of how powerful community can be when people come together to support something meaningful.

From Kitchen Table Idea to the High Street

PAANI did not start as a product idea. It started as a moment of curiosity.

During the pandemic, one of our founders asked a question that had lingered since childhood: “Why are we always using copper?”

His mother, an Ayurvedic believer, had always turned to natural remedies… turmeric, ginger, clove and copper water, rather than modern medicine. She trusted the healing wisdom passed down through generations.

That question evolved into three years of research, testing, travel and development. The first ever batch of Paani Bottles was just 500 pieces.

Today, we have sold over 10,000+ Paani products worldwide and growing.

Now, seeing Paani on the shelves of John Lewis is a full-circle moment. A validation that ancient wisdom still lives and thrives in the modern world.

Why PAANI Leads the Modern Wellness Shift

As wellness trends rise globally, people are becoming more aware of what they use, what they consume and how they live. Paani stands at the centre of this movement for three key reasons:
