STAINLESS STEEL, COPPER OR PLASTIC WATER BOTTLES?

Stainless Steel, Copper or Plastic water bottle?

One of the simplest, yet most powerful things you can do for your health is grab a reusable water bottle that you can drink from daily! Not only does proper hydration aid in digestion and help regulate body temperature, but it also flushes out toxins from our system for optimal functioning. Water has zero calories too so it's not hard to replace sodas or other high calorie beverages with this healthy alternative as part of an overall weight management plan.

However, drinking the right amount of CLEAN water each day is just as important as what type vessel you use. Consuming from inorganic or impure containers can cause serious health issues and potentially damage your liver!

We have analysed three main types of vessels that you can choose from - Stainless Steel, Copper and Plastic.

1) STAINLESS STEEL BOTTLE

A stainless steel water bottle is a great option for those looking to stay hydrated in an eco-friendly and convenient way. Not only does it keep drinks cold or hot depending on the desired temperature, but its portability makes it perfect for traveler's who want to enjoy fresh juice or tea without having to resort to unhealthy sodas full of preservatives and sugar! Additionally, this type of reusable container is stronger than plastic bottles – so you won’t have worry about breakage when taking your favourite beverage with you wherever you go. However, most stainless steel bottles don't have natural anti bacterial properties to eliminate pathogens, where as with copper you would get this benefit.

2) COPPER BOTTLE

Paani - copper water bottle

Copper is a timeless treasure, and if you get yourself one of these water bottles, then you're literally taking a piece of history wherever go! They are eco-friendly and convenient also. Copper water bottles don't just look amazing; they also contain anti-bacterial and antioxidant properties that help keep toxins away from the body naturally without any additional attachments or UV lighting. Not only does it regulate blood pressure & reduce cholesterol levels but drinking out of this bottle increases alkalinity which in turn boosts metabolism & strengthens bones as well as oxygen levels in the body - awesome for healing too!

Compared to the stainless steel bottle, the pure copper water bottles can't hold any other beverage except still water. Juices, sodas or any milk product can create a corrosion to the metal - So do avoid!

3) PLASTIC BOTTLE

Out of the three, you would ideally want to opt for the first two.

Reason why we say this is because, plastic water bottles may be a convenient and cost-effective option for drinking, but there are some serious drawbacks.

Chemical substances like arsenic and fluoride from plastic can cause damage to the immune system with prolonged use. Additionally, many companies add unhealthy additives such as artificial flavours or colours in order to attract customers - making these drinks even more hazardous to our health. In addition, plastic bottles heat up quickly when left in direct sunlight producing dangerous dioxins which can have very damaging effects on bodily functions if consumed over time. It's clear that taking into account all of its potentially harmful components, it is advisable not rely solely on plastic water containers at any time!

CONCLUSION

It really comes down to what is best for your gut and overall health or a vessel; that is more convenient to place other beverages.

Copper bottles have long been considered a highly beneficial choice for storing water. According to Ayurveda, it's an ancient and wise practice in India that has been passed down through generations - yet its use is becoming increasingly popular today due to the myriad of health benefits associated with consuming copper-infused H2O!

The decision is yours...  Drink Fresh. Drink Pure. Drink Paani.
